We have been advised of severe delays in the USPS network in the United States due to the recent severe weather in the New York region. All items are being delivered, but we advise customers that delays of up to 7-10 days may be experienced.

We will update this post once we have confirmation from USPS that their delivery schedule is back to normal. Until resolved we would advise all US based customers to choose either the Fedex or DHL shipping options.

Last night we experienced a serious problem in the data centre where our website is hosted. This caused our website to remain off air for just under 9 hours – it is the first time ever we have been offline for that long and we are taking every possible precaution to make sure this never happens again.
