You don't get the one pictured...
I specifically ordered this part because the shape of the plastic protrusion wouldn't interfere with other USB devices or placing my laptop back in its case, but the one I received was a completely different model, with the standard "lip" edge. If that was the one I had wanted I could have bought it locally for a lot less money. Shipping it back at my expense would negate the value of a refund. Dishonest advertising if you ask me.
