Designed for adding more memory to desktop computers using DDR2 memory at 667MHz (PC2-5400). This memory module is also suitable for systems using dual channel memory, when these modules are added in matching pairs.

The JM667QLU-2G is a 256M x 64bits DDR2-667 Unbuffered DIMM. The JM667QLU-2G consists of 16pcs 128Mx8bits DDR2 SDRAMs in 68 ball FBGA packages and a 2048 bits serial EEPROM on a 240-pin printed circuit board. The JM667QLU-2G is a Dual In-Line Memory Module and is intended for mounting into 240-pin edge connector sockets.
Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges of DQS. Range of operation frequencies, programmable latencies allow the same device to be
useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.

Solved Capacity problem
After installation of the 4 Gb I used the Task Manager and saw just 3,3 Gb as total memory. I talked to somebody who told me that if it's a 32 bit computer you don't get full capacity. Earlier it was 2 Gb so the capacity was much better anyway.
