1st time G. Skill user = impressed
Yeah, I know DDR2-1066 isn't particularly necessary if your not going to overclock, but as this is the same sort of price as DDR2-800 RAM, I though "stuff it" and gave it a go.
I have 2 boards - an Asus Striker II Formula (which is in the RMA process - again and again) and has never taken 1066 RAM (even though its supposed to support it) and an Asus P5Q SE PLUS.
I've installed this on the SE PLUS - and it works fantastically - not only that, but I've overclocked it a little along with my Q9550 chip by upping my FSB from 333 MHz to 350MHz - so although 1066MHz RAM is "overclocked" 800 MHz RAM, it can still run a little faster on top.
Overall, I rate this as a really great buy! |

Great stable performance
Performs really well on my ASUS system, runs at 1066MHz at stock voltage. Plenty of room for overclocking I think, but I have not tried this yet. |

I have g-skill ddr2 pc2-8500 running at 1200 on 5-5-5-15 manul timings vista 64 bit / 600 2t, 4gigs and they never quit. Exellent value. I,m waiting on 4gig more.

Good set of DDR2 RAM
Promptuous delivery, very impressed. Great set of Dual Channel DDR2 RAM.
Runs fine at 800MHz with my other OCZ 2x1GB set. 6GB total now, rock solid!
Highly recommended.
