One DOA

My Acer came with 512MB, very slow, installed this memory and one chip was DOA. Removed the bad one and left the good one; it's still 100% faster! MemoryC, bless them, has
given me no hassles about exchanging the ram; I will do business with them again!

Performs well on Xtreme CTX Pro

I had a Rock laptop and to be honest, it tremedously increase the speed of my system on Vista. I'm happy and had no problem so far!

Top Product for Dell XPS1710

I use my Dell 1710 XPS for Photo editing and photo editing can really eat into your memory, Originally I had 2X512 giving 1GB, when editing I ran into slowdown, not no more, this 4GB upgrade has been a true lifesaver and every bit as good as the memory that came with the laptop.

When I first plugged the memory in the bios gave me an error telling me that the laptop had a problem with the memory, enter the bios load defaults, restart and all was well. The message was really just advising that the memory size had changed.

Great value memory upgrade

Best time to buy memory. For the price of 1GB a couple of months ago, now you get 4GB. Dont bother getting anything less. Memory is never enough. This is rebranded memory so dont expect anything special. Will run at specs. Had no problems installing 6 sodimms in total (no DOA, no incompatibilities).

Macbook PRO 2.4GHz

Bought this to upgrade my mac, i had some reservations based on other reviews from US but it was not the same memory. This memory has perfomed very well in the laptop since purchasing it.
