Our range of DDR SO-DIMM memory modules are designed for laptops and notebook computers. This type of laptop memory upgrade has 200 pins and they range in speed from 266MHz to 400MHz and in capacity from 256Mb to 1Gb.
This type of DDR RAM SO-DIMM is available in various standards; PC3200 (DDR400), PC2700 (DDR333), and PC2100 (DDR266). All memory modules in our range are from recognized manufacturers such as A-Data, Transcend and other brands.
The DDR notebook modules operate at low CAS latencies – either CL2.5 or CL3, and most of these are compatible across most systems designed for DDR SO-DIMM memory. In appearance this type of memory looks like the never type of DDR2 SO-DIMM memory modules – however, these types are not interchangeable and we recommend that customers check the correct memory type before purchasing notebook memory upgrades.
