DETAILS

Elpida Rambus RDRAM memory modules, PC1066 standard which works at 1066MHz (533MHz FSB).

Single 256MB module. Please note that Rambus RDRAM should be installed in pairs and we recommend purchasing these modules in pairs of 2 or 4 modules.

Non-ECC memory with 184 pins. Access time of 32ns.

Highly recommended memory upgrade for the Dell Dimension 8250 and other systems using PC1066 memory.
