| It's now even better value |
I bought one in April when the price dropped below £100. It has given no problems and worked OK in every notebook I tried it in. I've now bought another.
The mystery is why isn't this automatically listed under the DDR2 SO-DIMMs? You have to Google for the Transcend part number TS256MSQ64V6U.

This module was to fit the Fujitsu Siemens T4210.
Fujitsu Siemens Motherboards are quite temperamental in which RAM they support.
Full marks to memoryC in helping me obtain an excellent hardware upgrade. Reviewed by Mike Paterson on October 7th 2007, 10:49 AM |

| Excellent value for money |
While Transcend is not one of the biggest names in the memory business, I had previously got a 1GB Transcend module so I wasn't concerned about getting another, bigger, one.
This 2GB module is, at the time of the review, excellent value for money. For those interested in the timings, they are, according to CPU-Z: 5-5-5-15-20 at 333/667MHz and 4-4-4-12-16 at 266/533MHz. I've seen slightly faster timings but not on a a 2GB module. 5 stars bec the excellent value for money - 1/4 of the price of 3 months ago! Reviewed by John Ratsey on May 2nd 2007, 06:21 PM |
