Shipping delays Monday January 22nd - January 22nd 2007

Due to internal system problems we experienced severe delays in processing orders today Monday and no orders were shipped today.


These system issues affect one of our main business servers which hosts our main order processing systems. Our engineers are working throughout the night to restore our server and we will update our customers on the situation again on Tuesday.


We hope to be in a position to ship orders again from Tuesday, however at this stage we are not able to guarantee this.


We wish to assure all our customers that these internal system issues have not compromised any customer information. All our websites are un-effected and all details stored on our websites are 100% safe.
