Shipping update - we are back to normal! - January 23rd 2007
We are pleased to announce that our back-end systems have now been restored this evening, Tuesday January 23rd.
We are starting to process and ship orders again on Wednesday morning and we hope to have cleared our backlog of orders by Thursday evening.
Many apologies for any inconvenience caused by our recent system issues. We wish to assure all our customers that we are in the process of taking every possible action to ensure the same system issues do not effect our business in the future.
