Important notice to users of the Mac Safari Web Browser
Unfortunately some customers using the Safari browser may experience problems processing payments via our payment gateway. This problem arises for customers using the default security setting in Safari, which does not allow our payment processor to set a cookie on the customer's PC.
Changing the security settings in Safari will solve this issue for most customers. The settings should be set to "accept all cookies".
If above does not work we recommend that customers either complete their purchase via a different PC, or alternatively download a compatible browser, such as Firefox for Mac. Firefox for Mac can be downloaded here.
