The XTC Cooler attaches to your motherboard's DIMM socket retention levers. While the fans cool your system memory, glowing LED fans illuminate your memory subsystem.

* XTC (Xtreme Thermal Convection) heatspreaders optimize the thermal management of memory modules by promoting greater airflow by means of micro-convection throughout what is usually the dead air space inside conventional heatspreader designs. In this manner, build-up of heat is avoided and thermal dissipation of the memory components is offloaded more efficiently through the honeycomb design. At the same time, mechanical stability is maintained.

Make sure It Will Fit

Sure it works a treat but doesn't fit in my desktop. You need to allow about 2/3cm space above the memory which I don't have

Better cooling

Greatly increased the cooling on my ram. I would recommend to anyone. Also allowed me to push my ram further.

OCZ XTC Memory Airflow Cooler

This cooler is a very good bit of kit. It looks fantastic, easy to install. well designed, made from quality materials and most importantly it cools your memory. Since I use OCZ Titanium Alpha VX2 effective cooling is required. Fitting a fan controller is recommended as the noise at full speed may be an issue for some. I would like to thank Memory.Com for stocking such a good product and providing a first class service.
