Small but slow
As you would expect, the tiny size comes with a price... really slow write speeds (reasonable read speed).
Also whatever microSD card you insert is gonna appear as a second USB drive (in Win and OSX), not as an "extension" of the build in 16GB (an 8GB microSD card will not give you a 16 8=24GB thumb drive, but two separately mounted drives).
