4GB Low-Voltage 1600MHz DDR3 dual channel memory kit from Teams Xtreem range. Timings of CL7 (7-7-7-21) at 1.65V, equipped with cool Xtreem Series heatsinks and suitable for Core i5 and i7 platforms. PC3-12800 memory with 8-layer PCB and lifetime warranty. This 4GB DDR3 memory kit contains two matched 2GB modules.

Though JEDEC standards defined DDR3 at 1600, the current granules only achieve DDR3 1333. Under such development, the 1600 clock-tick performance of Xtreem DDR3 boasts a growth of 17% from the current technology of 1333 clock-tick. However the advantage of Xtreem DDR3 1600 is not limited here. The 7-7-721 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) low timing performance greatly exceeded the performance of the regular 9-9-9-24 and compliments the fast clock tick of 1600MHz. Plus the working voltage is minimized to 1.65V, Team Group Inc’s solid foundation in R&D is full manifested in the Xtreem series products.

To ensure the best quality in Team Group Inc’s products, Xtreem LV DDR3 1600 is created by 128x8 BGA packing original granules. A single unit is capacitated to reach as high as 2GB to satisfy the needs of 3D game players. In addition, the memory module carries the unique new design of X-shape aluminum heat radiation chipset for the coolest style and best heat radiation performance, and the built-in XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) function offers simple configuration for pros and armatures alike without having to set up a complex BIOS.

Impressed
was recommended these by a friend. I was looking for RAM to use on an AM3 platform in my budget. Usually i opt for crucial but RAM prices and avilability has been pretty drab recently so when my friend suggested these i looked into them.
TEAM< though small< cater for some of the highest performing enthusiast level products and these modules AFAIK are made from the best CHERRY PICKED micron/crucial chips and THEY OC LIKE MAD!!
running @ 1840mhz 8-8-8-16-24 1T 1.65v and i havent even pushed them<
on an intel platform they have XMP profiles for easy setup.
i recommend these over ripjaws and corsair memory.

the heatspreaders look amazing and its difficult to see how good in photos.

they arent as high as some other memory HS too so they are less likely to clash with large cpu coolers.

was my first time using MEMORYC and it was a good experience and i will be back for another set of these eventually.
