The Inquirer - OCZ FlexXLC did 1280MHz without a problem!
We didn’t even had to actively cool it or to use water cooling it worked at 1280MHz at 2.5 V stable and it is still covered with a life-time warranty.
If you are memory overclocker you should definitely consider buying this memory. It is the fastest.

OCZ DDR2 PC2-9600 FlexXLC Edition
Order came through quickly with no problems, great service.

This is definately the fast memory I have ever used currently running it @ 5-5-5-18-T2 966mhz @ 2.1v with a 3:2 ratio for a stable every day system, however when bench marking the memory running perfectly at much lower timings [T1] at very high DDR2 MHz but does require a fair bit of voltage for stability which in turn makes them run a little hot if not cooled properly, I personally have them water cooled.

Highly recommended.

Excellent Memory no DOUBT
Excellent for me the best pc2 9600 around and maybe the best of the DDR2
