Good choice ! 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 SATA (8MB,7200rpm)
HDD works fine, no problems whatsoever. I've divided it into few volumes and fully formatted without any problems. I'm using it since a week or so.
I've been working with two IDE 80GB disks (5400rpm) till now and I have copied all the data to the new drive quickly and effectively.
This drive is silent and I would recommend it. Just have a look at the per GB ratio. That's really cheaper than in any shop in City Center! (e64.13/500GB = e0,12826 per GB)
Delivery was on a high level. I've ordered two wristbands together with 500GB SATA HDD on Monday and two-three days later I received it from my Post Office.
Packaging was tight (nothing moved inside), filled with foam and cardboard and safely sealed. |
