Tech Connect Magazine Awards the Rally 2 USB drive
Throughout the tests the OCZ Rally2 has proven itself to be a real performer and has shown that, when it comes to transfer speed, its name has been well chosen. |

When replacing my USB thumb drive, I wanted a thumb drive which was smaller, had a higher capacity, faster, and more durable. OCZ's Rally2 met all my requirements and in my opinion is one of the most stylish flash drives around. If you're looking for qu |

Sleek, Fast and Durable |
My 3rd and now only USB drive. Had it for over a year now. Seriously fast - has no problem running Portable Apps (including Open Office and the GIMP).
Small outline lets it fit nicely next to other big clunky USB devices on my cramped laptop.
Connector has been bent all out of shape through rigorous abuse on my part and the solder joints still hold strong. Superb. Reviewed by James Patterson on June 5th 2008, 03:37 PM |

The fastest! |
This is the 4th usb drive I've bought recently and the end of my search for the perfect one! It is very well made, blindingly fast and well worth a price premium versus the cheapies.
If you use these devices a lot and need to write large files or lots of small files really quickly this drive is the business. Removes all the frustration of using this type of device.
What more can I say? Couldn't be happier with it! Reviewed by Peter Boulton on February 12th 2007, 10:31 AM |

Superb USB 2.0 Key |
The flash drive reads and writes considerably quicker than the other flash drives that I have tested. In the short tests that I performed it was around 8-10x the speed of my previous flash drive. Using HD Tach 3.0 and a fairly low spec machine running Windows XP and countless other software the device easily read and wrote at 8mb/s straight from the box. I have no doubt that much, much higher speeds could be obtained from the device using a higher spec computer or just running less background software.
In terms of the physical design the product is built perfectly. The key itself is made from metal (presumably stainless steel) and is very solid. The key is about as wide as a single USB port and so can easily be plugged into a crowded hub without any problems. The cap fits securely over the USB plug and does not fall off at all; however, when plugged in the end cap could easily be lost. A bright orange light clearly indicates when the device is plugged in and is visible even in very bright conditions. Reviewed by Raymond Jones on September 25th 2006, 11:57 PM |

Just what I was looking for. |
This is how a flash drive should be; fast, simple, of high quality and with a name that inspires confidence. And the price? WHAT a price!!! With one word; EXCELLENT! Reviewed by Labros Gravaris on September 25th 2006, 07:33 PM |
