Delay to shipments travelling via air – volcanic ash!
You will probably be aware that all flights to/from Ireland and UK have been grounded since Thursday morning. As a result, any order shipping via any of our Air Express services (such as Fedex, DHL, UPS) will be delivered later than the estimated delivery time.
We expect air services from Ireland to resume during this weekend and deliveries will start again from early next week.

Please also note that this type of delay falls into the “Natural Disaster” category – as a result, the courier companies will NOT be offering refunds of shipping charges for any shipment delayed while the disruptions are on-going.
