Update Dec 20th: Adverse weather conditions

Hi all,

The weather in most parts of Central and Northern Europe has worsened, with more snow and freezing temperatures expected. Many airports across Ireland and UK (along with Germany, Benelux, France) have closed, causing huge delays to all orders shipped from us.

All orders shipped from us on December 20th are likely to incur a delay of at least 24 hours, and possibly up to 2-3 days depending on how the weather develops.

Orders placed on our website from today will most definately incur a delay of minimum 24 hours, and possibly more.

Note, we have suspended ALL pre-Christmas delivery commitments both within Ireland, and to any other country, although we do continue to do our very best to get all orders shipped and delivered as fast as possible.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and we thank you all for your understanding.
