Severe weather delays across all US delivery services
Due to the severe winter weather conditions across the USA, most of our delivery services to the USA will be affected this week. We expect delays of up to 1-4 days on the following delivery services:
Fedex Ground
Fedex Economy
Fedex Express
DHL Express
For the Fedex Ground service we use the Fedex hub in Grimes (Iowa) which is hugely affected by the weather conditions. Any shipment on the Fedex Ground service will be at least 2 days, and possibly up to 4 days delayed, depending on how the weather conditions change over the coming days.
We will post updates on this page when we receive more information from the carrier companies.

We have been informed by Fedex that anything on their Ground network shipping via Chicago (most of North East US) will be delayed by at least 1-2 extra business days due to the weather conditions in that area.
