We have identified an issue with one of our mail servers that caused certain outgoing emails to be delayed or lost.
The issue relates to some emails sent from us between February 19th and 22nd. Only a small portion of emails are affected, and for this reason we have chosen not to re-send all emails sent in this period.
We have rectified the problem with the server and all emails are now sending as expected.
