Excellent choice

I own a HP 8710w Mobile Workstation (RL922AV) since 2008, equipped with 4 GB (2 x 2 GB) DDR2 667 MHx RAM and I had to double my RAM when I started running Microsoft SharePoint on my PC because of my job. A friend of mine suggested me to visit this web site when I've found the memory modules I need: I've ordered them and received in a very few days.
It was a great performance gain for my PC, so I sure recommend these memory modules to any other user.

This product works well for expanding your memory to up to 6gb in the Mac book Pro 3,1. I think it is best to put the DIMM in bank 0 ( the one underneath ) and then leave the other slot to hold the 2gb. Runs very nicely in OS X Lion and gives a new lease of life to an older laptop.

Confirmed it works :)

Fully compatible with my 2.4 GHz DualCore MacBook Pro, thus raising my memory from 4 to 6 GB (I read OS X / the older MacBook Pro generation does not support 8 GB yet).

M1730 Upgrade

This RAM works fine in the DELL XPS M1730, provided a 64 bit OS is installed, then all 8GB is seen and is useable. Nice for virtual machine work or heavy graphics processing.

I bought this memory on sunday 13/9 and I recived them on friday in norway, fast and good delivery.
The 2x4GB ram worked like a charm on my XPS m1330, now I have a "new" computer. Matlab and labview are much easier to work with now:D

I have windows 7 pro x64 and A15 bios.

Caused my Dell Latitude E6500 to hang, poor return options/service
April 11th 2009 Verified user
Took 30 days to arrive. The only reason I had ordered from MemoryC was because they had the best price.

Worked fine for just over a month before randomly hanging my system, a Dell Latitude E6500, despite passing several memory tests. The hangs seemed to happen more often when the system was idle than under load, and continually got worse as time passed.

MemoryC offered to do an RMA exchange, but would be international shipping both ways. After the previous shipping issues and per MemoryC's advice, I opted to make the exchange directly with G.Skill. After receiving the new pair, I again started to experience the same issues. Either I had terribly bad luck with 2 pairs of this Ram, or there is a compatibility issue with my system. However, at this point, MemoryC refused to provide me with any options, and I ended up selling it on eBay so I could buy a Crucial pair (which is now working fantastically.)

This model is only PC2-5300. Most compatible systems support the faster PC2-6400.

Works in Macbook Pro

I have one of these DIMMs and a 2GB Crucial one in my early 2008 15" MacBook Pro (MacBookPro4,1), totalling 6GB. It's working fine so far despite the official RAM limit of this laptop being 4GB. Note however that I've read that this model of MBP can't handle 8GB.
