MemoryC Price Protection Policy

Due to the volatile nature of pricing on the IT products we sell, our prices may change at any time without any notice.

To offer our customers peace of mind we are happy to offer all customers our Price Protection Policy.

How it works



If a customer purchases a product from us and we subsequently reduce the price by 10% or more within 2 days of shipping the order, we are pleased to offer the customer a full credit of DOUBLE the price difference.

The credit will be offered either as a credit on the customer's MemoryC user account, or as a refund to the original payment method.

How to submit a claim for Price Protection



Customers who wish to submit a claim for Price Protection must inform us via email (to RefundMe@memoryc.com) no later than 5 calender days from the shipping date of the original order. Please include order number, item code(s) and let us know if you wish to receive a credit on account, or a refund to the original payment method.

Claims will be reviewed within 3 days and customers will be informed about the refund/credit via email.

Terms


  • Our Price Protection Policy is valid only for online orders placed on one of the MemoryC websites.
  • Orders made via phone, email, fax or via other sales channels (such as Amazon Marketplace) are not eligible for Price Protection.
  • Claims must be made to us via email no later than 5 calender days from the shipping date of the customer order. No claim received after 5 days will be accepted.
  • MemoryC may withdraw from this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
  • Price Protection will not be offered in the case of price reductions of 9.9% or less.
