Lots of promises

Would not run stable at the rated speeds on my MSI 770-G45 mobo. I set 1.84V. A notch up or down did not make them stable.

I bought these because they were cheap and had a warranty, not because they brand them "Xtreem". So I just run them at 1066MHz, lower voltage and looser timings. I have yet to see *how* close they will get to rated speeds/timings, but since its only a few percentages and thus unnoticeable in games, its low-priority. Got two of these kits for a total of 4GB, and even if mine did not match rated speed, I'd still recommend them.

The heatsinks means no air can flow between the sticks, so they can get quiet hot at rated voltages.

I give them "Above Average" as they are great bang for the buck. To get the last star they should deliver whats printed on the package - if they had just printed less optimistic specifications on the package, they'd get the last star. Your experience may vary (hopefully for the better).
