Great value no fuss media player

I have been using this for a year. It works fine with my 500GB USB 2.0 HDD. I like that you can hot swap connected drives (my older Transcend player needed to be turned on and off to pick up the change). Some minor issues - remote control is a little finicky, folders do no appear alphabetized (the sort menu function to do this doesn't seem to work either) and there is no 'back' navigation button so you need to go back to the start if you drill down into the wrong folder. Also some unhelpful and badly translated error messages can appear! Overall this is a great player and fantastic value with no issues with picture quality although volume on TV needs to be put up fairly high. Need to upgrade now as it won't support USB3.0 otherwise would be happy with it

Nice little device

This did exactly as it said on the tin. Powered it up, and it connected to the TV fine, connected a USB drive, and it saw the drive without issue. It also played whatever I asked it to. Just one small point, it did not recognise a very new USB3 connected drive. No issue with USB2 though.
