Once I had interpreted the visual instructions and figured how the quick release works then this is an excellent strap/sling, camera is tightly held into body and so prevents lens from getting caught up or hitting something. Also the extra security loop is a good idea, so making it a good proposition in say a crowd as well as out in a forest.
