Broke after 10 months.
This device was fast as others stated but eventually the retratable part wouldn't engaged correctly.
Can still read device if I patiently insert over and over, but wouldn't buy a retractable version again

This flash drive is fast at reading and writing so top marks on that front, the retractable USB connector doesn't always stay out once it clicks into place, sometimes you need to hold the side tab when you push the USB drive into the USB slot on the PC. the ultra slim (7mm) housing seems flimsy and cheap and you worry that the body will bend in your pocket. If your looking for speed buy this, if your looking for something sturdy buy something else.

Case is plastic, retractable jack is handy.
