512Mb DDR2-667 (PC2-5400) memory module from Advance. Rated CL5 at 667MHz, 8 chips, single-sided. 64Mx8 chip configuration, non-ECC, 240 pins.

The DDR2 DIMM enables better electrical performance and speed, in relation to the DDR DIMM and DDR SoDIMM.

Work on 4-bits of data per clock cycle, as compared to the DDR DIMM which works on 2-bits of data per clock cycle.

Very cheap memory. Probably not for the overclockers but perfect for upgrading an old desktop used for browsing the web etc. Worked fine mixed with 256mb PC4200 memory.
