Garmin case - tight fit. Wear & tear for on/off/screen-lock button

Case fits but is a very tight fit for my Nuvi765. I would be concerned about the on/off/screen-lock button with usage as when I take out unit from case it turns it on, because the case is so tight.
There is no reason this case should be this tight on this section ao for this reason I would recommend using a different case, if possible.
