Details
This is a plug and play upgrade no need to reinstall your OS because the 4GB module in the system houses all of the OS and other programs. Be sure to put any files that you do not want to loose onto another computer then once you have completed the upgrade move them back to the system. Once the upgrade is complete you will end up with a 36GB drive.

32GB SSD SLC

Bought the 32GB SSD SLC which started to exhibit a write issue after less than 2 months of usage. Finally the SSD failed and memoryc generated an RMA to enable me get it replaced.
Up until that point no issue with the Memoryc process.
A month later I am still waiting to receive the replacement SSD and Memoryc is incapable of telling me when it will be.

I woould not recommend this product which visibly might end up being obsolete as the new Runcore MLC are much cheaper and now faster than this SLC.

I purchased the 32GB PCI-E SLC SSD and installed it in my ASUS EeePC 901. No problems at all -- the SSD was extremely easy to fit and was instantly identified by the BIOS. I installed MS Windows XP SP3 on the new drive and now my system acts like a real notebook: acceptable storage space, no problems due to the small size of the original system disk, reasonable read/write speed (42MB/s max read and 26MB/s max write).

The services provided by MemoryC staff were impecable from every point of view: pre-sales info, payment management, delivery speed-up and tracking (I live in Romania - E. Europe). The protection systems used in packaging were quite impressive -- I got the feeling I was opening a set of Russian dolls digging for the tiny SSL in a relatively huge box. An enthusiastic thumbs-up to MemoryC -- I'd gladly buy from them again and I recommend this business to anyone!

Not so satisfied with DHL Express delivery, which turned from the promised "next day" to a disappointing five days service.
