Slight problem getting the Acronis to function, not as simple as their website says. succeeded in the end. Actual physical swap of drives was as simple as Runcore site video said. Boot-up time is dramatically improved. Entire process took about 6 hours - not quite the fabled 25 mins, but that was probably due to my inexperience with cloning software. Sadly the package does not include an enclosure for my old drive, which i have had to purchase seperately. The pro iv version does include the enclosure. All-in all I am happy with end result, particularly as I was worried about performing open-heart surgery on my machine!

This SSD drive is totally compatible with the Dell Mini 9, no "T" design, with the same size like the official 8GB SSD drive from Dell, no space invasion in the wwan section of the mainboard.
Very fast Shipment, 2-3 days to Spain via Fedex, and great feedback customer via email and chat. It´s a pity the big VAT tax.

Excellent was very easy to fit, only puzzle was a usb cable but I assume the drive can be connected via this for system transfer. I did it the old way and just reloaded everything again, it only took an hour or so.

My mini9 had 8GB SSD. With this I have 64GB now. Install is easy. 4 screw and you see the SSD. In package you have also the screwdriver included.

Speed is better than original SSD.

I recommend this SSD. Hope price will get lower in the future so I'll buy 256GB replacement SSD for my other laptop (2.5" HDD now)

I usually don't write review but this time I thought that I would give this one since I'm so happy with it. At first I was a little worried since Memory C is not from the States, but everything went smoothly. I ordered through Fedex so I got it quickly. I suggest you do the same since I've read regular shipping could take a lot long (not memory C's fault). The SSD works great with my Dell Mini 9 without a problem. As others have told, when you insert the mini usb to the SSD, be really carefully as this can easily break. Very happy overall with the service and SSD.

I bought this SSD for my EEEPC 901 as a replacement for the 4 GB internal SSD.
One problem occured: on the SSD are two flash ICs placed piggy back and collide with an IC on the mainboard. I mounted it carefully with the two screws and had no problems.
The SSD works great and is an improvement over the standard 4 GB device both in memory and speed.

A great SSD, light and fast. It arrived quickly in the US (in about 10 days).
I purchased the SSD in July09 and have loaded MS Win7 and so far it works like a charm.
Since MemoryC charges in Euros (Ireland), if you pay with a US credit card your bank may charge you extra fees and a different exchange rate than you expected or from the published price. I suggest paying with PayPal, if at all possible.
