It's not overly padded, but it's fair enough quality for the price of it. Literally just a pouch, not internal pockets or anything - but it does what you ask it to, and that's to protect your laptop from a few bumps when you're moving it about.

This is the second time I've bought this product, the first time was two years ago when I purchased a new MacBook Air, two years on this sleeve is still in great condition and continues to protect my Air.
So the reason I bought again, such is my satisfaction with the GEEQ Splash Netbook Sleeve I bought another one as a gift for a family member who recently bought a new netbook.

I bought this Sleeve because I wanted protection for my 12inch laptop that didn't add weight.
This it does fine at little cost.
Two observations:
1. There is a zip on the front that does nothing useful and is there for decorative purposes only.
2. That made me wish there was an additional pocket to carry charger/ mouse/ dongle etc. While small items such as dongle, flash drive etc. could fit alongside a small laptop there is nothing that keeps them secure when opening the sleeve, while bigger items will not fit.
This it does fine at little cost.
