Easy done with desktop PC. You need a spare SATA port/cable if you want to clone your old hard disk. Temporarily rob your DVD players power/SATA connection, clone, put connection back on DVD and swap out hard disk cables with the new SSD, simples. Otherwise you will need to buy an external USB/SATA converter (not included) to clone. If your PC is very old you may need a carrier to fit into the 3.5" disk slot to hold this smaller disk, they are cheap. I have loads of CPU/Memory cycles, it is always disk access slowing down the PC, not anymore.
