Great replacement fan for HP Microserver

I bought this fan to replace the very old original fan in my Gen 7 HP N54L. Its a bit of as risk as the motherboard is fussy about low rpm speeds and shuts off, but the good news is the 3000 rpm 4 pin PWM version I got works a treat (but you need to re-arrange the pins in the connector - Google the "silentpcreview.com/hp-proliant-microserver" PC review" for the how-to.

Anyway the N54L lives on, and I'm very happy with the price and service. I will definitely consider using memoryc.com again.
