Ordering

We are still accepting orders from our website during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Orders placed after December 23rd will be processed on December 30th or when we re-open on January 2nd 2014.

Shipping

Some orders will ship from us on December 30th, with priority given to orders shipping with courier companies such as DHL, Fedex, DPD. Our normal full shipping schedule will resume on January 2nd 2014. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received and there may be 1-2 days delay in getting all orders shipped.

Stock levels and prices

Stock levels on all products are correct as of December 23rd. Stock levels are not updated again until we start processing orders on January 2nd, which means that some items may be sold out although they appear to be in stock. If you place an order and the item is not in stock you will be notified on January 2nd and we will ensure that the product is shipped to you as soon as we have it back in stock. We will also advise you of the expected delivery date.
Prices are based on the items currently in stock. Even if an item sells out we will still supply it at the same price as advertised.

Sales and support queries

Sales and support queries received between December 23rd 2013 and January 2nd 2014 will be dealt with when we re-open on January 2nd. We ask that customers refrain from sending duplicate emails as this will not speed up processing the enquiry.

Happy Christmas and a very Prosperous New Year to all our customers.
