Our aim is to offer our customers the most reliable and affordable delivery options available. We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible so as to minimise the delivery time to you, our customer.
We generally offer same-day shipping for all orders that are received before the cutoff for the chosen delivery method (see more about cutoffs on our "Cutoff and Shipping Times" page). Please note though that our same-day shipping is not 100% guaranteed even if the order is placed before the advertised cutoff time - at peak times we may have too many orders to process in the same day and some orders may then be left until the following working day.
Our logistics system gives priority to orders where an Express shipping option has been chosen (such as DHL Express, Fedex etc.). Once again, while we always to our best to process all these orders, it may in some cases not be possible for us to get all orders processed in time.
We indicate a "typical delivery time" on each shipping option. These times are to be used as guidelines only - while we carefully select which courier companies to use, we are not in a position to guarantee that every order arrives within the typical delivery time. There can be a variety of reasons why shipments may occasionally become delayed in transit and we regret the we are not in a position to refund any shipping charges for delayed shipments.
On the day an order ships from us we inform the customer via email of the tracking number for the order. Using the "Tracking Information" page on our website it is possible to track each order while it is in transit. We encourage all customers to track their orders online - and in cases where the recipient address may be hard to locate (or unknown to the particular courier company) we recommend that the customer makes contact with the courier company to make arrangements regarding delivery.
