How to cancel an order
Our interactive website allows customers to cancel any order that has not yet been processed.
In order to cancel an order please follow these guidelines:
- Login to your account using email address and password
- Click "order history" in the Account Info table
- Locate the order you wish to cancel, scroll to the bottom of the order page and click the "Cancel" button
- Payment will be refunded to you automatically. Depending on the payment type this may happen instantly, or it may take up to 2-3 days for certain card types
You will receive an automatic email to confirm the order cancellation.
It is not possible to cancel orders that are marked with the "Shipped" or "Processing" status. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to accept delivery of the order and then apply for an RMA number in order to return the order to us.
