Digital Marketing and Website Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated person to help manage our website, our digital marketing strategy, other marketplaces we sell on and generally work with our management team to increase sales and improve the overall user experience.
The ideal candidate is a mature individual with at least 1-2 years' experience from a similar position, who is able to work independently and with limited supervision.

Main responsibilities include:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics and other resources
- Work with advertising agencies to monitor and optimize our online campaigns
- Responsibility for usability and user-experience across our websites
- Planning, targeting and execution of newsletters, social media campaigns
- Co-ordinate promotions with our purchasing team
- Contribute to and organize help page content across our sites, including regularly posting in our blog and our social media platforms
- Suggest and define required changes, improvements, new features, and fixes across our websites
- Work with and monitor in-house programmers on project timelines

The ideal candidate has experience with some or all of the following:
- Proven knowledge of Google Analytics, affiliate programs, email campaigns tools
- Social media expert, with a proven record of using social media to convert clicks to sales
- Previous experience managing an e-commerce site is a requirement, with 2+ years experience preferred
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of computer components an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiar with payment gateways, including Paypal, Apple Pay, Stripe
- Some knowledge with web programming concepts
- Detail-oriented person who works well under pressure

Ecommerce Product Manager - Computer Components



We are seeking a highly motivated person to manage our product setup process for computer components, along with publishing products on our own website and other marketplaces we sell on. The ideal candidate is a mature individual with experience from a similar position, who is able to work independently and with limited supervision.
Our primary focus is on high-end computer components, and we require a person who is a computer enthusiast keen to help us select and publish the very latest products to list for sale in our online store.
You will select which products we should be listing, publish these products for sale, maintain the integrity of our online catalog, source and write product content, contribute to our blog, to name just some of the functions of this job.

Main responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for selecting products to list for sale in our store and marketplaces we sell on
- Setup products across all channels, ensuring accuracy of product data, specifications etc.
- Stay informed of new products emerging in the market
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of our online catalog, including maintaining filters and images across all categories on our site
- Contribute with content on product pages and in our blog/forum
- Work closely with purchasing team to identify high-demand, newly released or shortage items, which may need extra focus

The ideal candidate has experience with some or all of the following:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with online product catalogs
- Computer hardware enthusiast, with a healthy knowledge of current and upcoming technologies
- Experience listing and selling products online
- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Ebay or other online marketplaces
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented person who works well under pressure
