We accept payment with the following types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa/Electron, Visa/Delta.
At the moment we are not able to accept payment via American Express - we are however working on a new payment solution which will allow us to accept these cards as well.
All credit card details are collected on our web server which offers 256-bit encryption using the latest Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate (click on the Thawte image at the bottom of this page to verify our secure certificate).
Credit card payment is the most efficient payment method when shopping online as it allows faster processing and shipping of orders and also reduces the amount of manual work related to the payment.
Please note that some credit card payments may be subject to random name and address verification checks by our bank. For this reason please always ensure that the address entered on your order matches the address registered on the credit card. Failure to do so may result in orders being delayed or declined.
Notice to UK customers: While we display prices in GBP for customers based in the UK, these prices are to be used as indication only. We currently bill all credit cards in EURO so the final amount billed by the credit card company may differ slightly. This is because the credit card company may apply a somewhat different rate of exchange from EURO to GBP. We are currently working on a solution to bill all UK based cards in British Pounds.
