Garmin microSD / SD card map installation
Garmin deliver their map upgrades on microSD cards, inserted into a full-size SD card adapter.
The reason for this is that the memory card is suitable for both microSD and SD GPS systems.
NOTE - IF YOUR GARMIN GPS HAS A microSD SLOT:
- You
MUST remove the microSD card from the SD adapter before installing it into your GPS.
